We had a fantastic stay at a great hotel in Shahdag. The Pik Palace, Autograph Collection made our experience even more special. The location was perfect, with the ski slopes just a short distance away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The Alpine restaurant was a highlight, offering a delicious breakfast and spacious rooms with all the necessary facilities. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, and we even had the option to enjoy outdoor ice skating. we were thrilled with our stay at this winter paradise.

The hotel is located near the main center where you can rent winter experiences. Additionally, the beds are large and comfortable, and the outdoor heated pool is a great place to relax.

The temperature in all areas was uncomfortable and there was a problem with cleanliness in our room on the second day of our stay.

The hotel has a luxurious feel. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The ski school is also located within the hotel and makes it very easy to access. We were able to enjoy world-class facilities in the heart of the mountains. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The indoor swimming pool was well-maintained and had a relaxing atmosphere, while the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding with a drink. The restaurant's menu was exquisite, with a lovely selection of dishes. The location provided stunning views of the mountains, enhancing the ambiance of the venue.

The hotel's library had limited selections and was in need of more books, but this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience. We encountered no major difficulties, and the staff was always accommodating and helpful.

Amazing Weekend! We had a great time skiing and relaxing in the mountains. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Loved the spacious and cozy rooms with great views. The complementary coffee machine and water bottles were a nice touch. The ski hire shop in the hotel basement had everything we needed. , the outdoor pool was a great experience.

The service at the restaurant was slow and sometimes frustrating. Occasionally, the food was not fresh and not replenished regularly.
