Despite some minor issues mentioned by other guests, the staff is friendly and helpful in providing the necessary assistance. the hotel provides a satisfactory stay experience.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the spacious room, equipped with free Wi-Fi and effective climate control. the hotel is situated in a quiet area, close to some embassy buildings, and a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest metro. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Some aspects of the hotel detracted from my enjoyment of the stay. the cleanliness could have been improved, with dusty and stained surfaces in the room, and a lingering smell of food throughout the building.
