During our stay at Premier Old Gates, we were delighted by the perfect location at the border of the Old City. It only took a couple of minutes to reach the hotel from the nearest driving street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was great, and the hotel's breakfast terrace offered a magnificent view of the "Flames towers." Despite some minor noise from the nearby music playing from 8:00 till midnight, our overall experience was pleasant.

Had a great city break with lots to see and do. the complementary airport transfer was very handy and saved us both time and money. the hotel’s central location meant everything was within easy reach, which was perfect for us. We also really appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome.

The hotel’s quality was not up to our expectations. the insulation was also subpar, allowing for noise and temperature to easily pass through.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip and we were extremely impressed. The hotel is located inside the ancient city walls, which gave it a unique and charming atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a great view of the city from the balcony. We also appreciated the amenities, such as the in-room safe, mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel had everything we needed and more, including a restaurant with delicious food and a terrace where we could relax and enjoy a drink.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It exceeded our expectations in every way and provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

Convenient location in Old City, close to metro and sea promenade. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Enjoyed breakfast on rooftop terrace. Good WiFi. Walking distance to Maiden Tower and Nizami Street with restaurants and shopping options.

The location is perfect: near the sea, Fountains Square, and main shopping streets. The big room and spacious bathroom were fantastic. The friendly staff, good WiFi, and comfortable bed made for a great stay. The breakfast on the rooftop with a nice view and a variety of fruit was a highlight.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaint.

We stayed at a hotel which was conveniently located close to the metro station and must-see sights. The room was spacious, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including pancakes and scrambled eggs. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking a beautiful park and the impressive Flame Towers.

The ventilation system in the room and bathroom was a bit noisy, which took some getting used to.
