During my New Year's stay at a certain hotel in Baku, I was pleased with a couple of things. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for my holiday getaway. the staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. the hotel's central location allowed for easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area, making it convenient for exploring the city.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. The noise from maintenance workers during the day was slightly disruptive, and at times, there was also some noise from other guests late at night due to the doors between the rooms.

The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and generous. Mr. Kareem and Khalil are particularly great. Convenient location and affordable taxi service. The hotel is new and the rooms are clean. There is a mini market nearby. Excellent breakfast, accommodating dietary restrictions, and exceptional service from the staff. Comfortable rooms with good amenities. Spa facilities are big, clean, and relaxing.

Could not be improved in any way.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fabulous hotel. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center. The rooms were large, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of charging points. The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist with recommendations and directions. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide range of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel had fantastic facilities, including a pool, sauna, and steam area.

Some taxi drivers in town weren't familiar with the hotel's name, which caused a bit of inconvenience.

This hotel provides an exceptional luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities and modern decor. the spacious rooms have a sophisticated vibe with high, quality bedding and indulgent toiletries. the Spa and wellness centre is one of the major highlights of this venue, with a large indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and full body massage services. the in, room breakfast is top, notch and the restaurant offers a delicious selection of international cuisine.

the staff helped us find a nearby parking area and assisted with the parking process.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable with good quality linen and pillows. We loved the breakfast which had a variety of delicious options like an egg station, fresh fruits, and a selection of warm dishes, including cheese and meats. the breakfast area was nicely decorated and had a pleasant atmosphere. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering assistance whenever needed.

Although the hotel location was central and easy to access, the taxi drivers had difficulties finding it. We recommend carrying a business card or phone number of the hotel with you, to avoid getting lost.
