I recently had a delightful stay at Promenade Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city's major attractions, such as Old City, Fountain Square, Nizami Street, and the seafront activities and museums. The hotel staff, especially Aytac at reception, were fantastic and promptly addressed any issues we had. The rooftop views were also breathtaking, and the overall friendliness of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We had a luxurious stay here with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our desires. We commend the staff for their outstanding service, especially Mr. Riyad and Mr. Turqut, who were helpful and cooperative throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a fantastic view of the port, and a rooftop bar that added to our leisure experience. The room was well-kept with daily housekeeping service, and we especially appreciated the comfortable sleep and excellent room lighting.

The only minor issue we experienced was with breakfast, which had limited variety. Despite our high expectations in terms of taste and richness, the quality could have been improved.

The noise from the street disrupted our sleep, making for a less than restful night. we struggled with communication among some staff members who did not speak English well.
