The views from the mountain top restaurant were spectacular, like something out of a movie. The food was fresh and delicious, prepared right on-time. The area surrounding the hotel was beautiful and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The reception staff was super friendly, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. The room was stunning with a beautiful view of the mountains. The spa, although small, offered a steam room and Turkish sauna.

We loved this place nestled among the mountains! The staff was very hospitable and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and provided us with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful natural surroundings and we couldn't ask for better amenities like room service, laundry, and more. We definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great getaway spot.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the ski tracks and a beautiful terrace overlooking the artificial lake and ski complex. It provided a calm and quiet atmosphere, which was ideal for relaxation.

The staff at the restaurant and in general were not up to the standard expected for a 5-star resort. Most of them only spoke Azerbaijani, making it difficult to communicate even for basic requests.

This hotel provided us with an amazing experience. the Spa & wellness centre was a luxurious haven of relaxation, with a sauna, jacuzzi, massage, and a Turkish bath. the garden area was stunning and exclusive and we enjoyed the in-room breakfast available.

the lighting in the toilet was a bit poor, and it would have been nice to have a mirror light for shaving.

This hotel is a hidden gem! If you're looking to escape the city and enjoy nature, you'll find that this hotel is ideally located right in the mountains. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amazing views from the balcony. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist you. Plus, the breakfast included many vegetarian options and perfect pancakes.

Here, we experienced luxurious and exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the service was impeccable, and we felt pampered in the Spa & wellness centre with the Sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and Massage. the garden area was a peaceful oasis where we could unwind and relax. In-room breakfast was a delightful addition and made us feel indulged. the restaurant was excellent, with outdoor dining areas and a bar/lounge area where we could enjoy drinks.

While this hotel exceeded our expectations, we did have one minor issue with the limited food choices. We wished there was another restaurant available for variety.

The view from our room was breathtaking. the breakfast and lunch buffets were exceptional, and we appreciated the complementary tea and coffee in our room.

The location was a bit remote, so we had to make sure to stock up on everything we needed before arriving since there were no nearby shops open after 7 pm. there was no night staff at the restaurant, and we wished they were a bit more pleasant.
