I had an exceptional stay at Royal Palace Hotel. The manager, Rashad, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Baku. The highlight of my trip was the breakfast treats prepared by Chef Mila. I can't wait to visit again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city near the Old Town. It was so convenient to explore the area and visit the nearby attractions. Secondly, the staff were amazing, always attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, the rooms were beautifully designed with elegant interiors, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I especially loved the fireplace, it added a touch of luxury. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious, a great way to start the day.

All was great, except for one minor issue.

I recently stayed at Royal Palace Hotel for a few nights while visiting the city. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and all the attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, even arranging extra airport transportation for us. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. I was especially impressed with the complimentary room they provided us to freshen up before heading to the airport. a top-notch experience.

The hotel staff at Royal Palace were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially the receptionist Rajab. The location was perfect, close to Nizami Street, and the rooms were spacious and clean. As business guests, we were impressed with the level of professionalism and service provided.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.
