I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, with a mall nearby and the Ganjlik metro station within walking distance. The Heydar Aliyev center was also very close, which was a great place to visit. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

That the room was a bit dimly lit, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly and helpful front desk personnel to the attentive cleaning staff. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a well-maintained washroom. Additionally, there was a 24-hour supermarket right downstairs, which was very convenient for any last-minute needs.

The room could have been cleaner, and bed linen changed more frequently. the water pressure was low at times, possibly due to shared plumbing.

I had a very good experience at Smith Hotel. The location was convenient with a non-stop market on the ground floor and a delicious restaurant in the same building. The rooms were clean and well-serviced, and the staff, especially Pavel, Kamilla, Azer, and Iman. The hotel even provided a very nice driver. I will definitely go back on my next trip. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
