Airport pick-up not arranged properly, some staff tried to help with smoking smell, quiet nights, highly recommended. 5-star hospitality. Fresh fruit breakfast. Recommended for visits to Baku.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it perfect for those wanting to be close to their flights. It is also away from the bustling downtown area, providing a peaceful retreat. The Nerimanov metro station is just a short walk away, allowing easy access to the city. The rooms are spacious, providing ample space to relax. The modern wet room bathrooms with heated floors add a touch of luxury. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The top-floor restaurant offers delicious food with great views.

The hotel's location outside of downtown may require additional transportation costs for those wanting to explore the city center.

I spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel that had lovely big rooms with great architecture and wonderful coffee-making facilities. the service was excellent, and the staff were really helpful and responsible for everything that happened while I was there. the hotel was also in a great location close to the city center, which made getting around very easy.

The breakfast was not up to par and lacked variety. the breads were usually finished by 9 am, and the tea was quite bad as well.

The location of Teatro Boutique was perfect for me, as it was only a 15-20 minute drive to the famous attractions in Ahmed Rajabli. The surrounding area was convenient, with banks, clinics, hospitals, and supermarkets just a 2-minute walk away. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Despite a few drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baku.

The property upgrade, excellent reception manager, good breakfast, beautiful rooftop restaurant, great facilities in the basement, friendly and competent staff.

The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with 24-hour room service and a doctor on call. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and soundproofed walls. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities such as a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath for guests to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel provides free airport shuttle service, making our travel experience hassle-free.
