Breathtaking beach but mixed service

The beach was a true paradise with its soft white sand and crystal-clear waters. Snorkeling and paddle boats were available, enhancing our beach experience, and the pools were clean and inviting.

However, we faced several challenges during our stay. The food service was slow, and many menu items fell short of expectations. Additionally, unexpected charges piled up on our bill, which was quite frustrating.

Charming hotel with room for improvement

The location is fantastic, right downtown and close to local shops. The beach access was a highlight, with clear waters perfect for a relaxing day. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially at the hotel Starbucks, where I enjoyed light snacks and coffee.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in need of some serious upgrades. I dealt with some elevator issues and unexpectedly high taxes. Also, there were too many hidden fees, which put a damper on the experience.

the beach is super nice with clear water and the pool area is chill, perfect for loungin in the sun. breakfast at aqua was really good, lots of choices. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the girl at the front desk. my room was comfy and had all the basics. great location to explore downtown nassau!

the restaurant menu was kinda boring and i had a bad experience with dinner, food was either cold or uninteresting. also, the hotel needs some upgrades cause it looks a bit worn down.

However, the rooms are pretty dated and need some serious upgrades. Our initial check-in took over an hour, wasting precious beach time, and it was frustrating that the A/C didn’t cool below 71F despite trying to set it to 68F at night. The dining options were underwhelming, with food that didn't quite deliver, and we were charged housekeeping gratuity upfront. Additionally, hidden fees and a lack of working elevators added to the headache. Overall, the place needs a bit of TLC to reach its potential.
