The live music, view of the palms and water, Monsieur Frog bar, excellent breakfast, kind and helpful receptionist, top-class restaurant staff and food.

Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel had a great location, close to the beach and with a view of the ships coming and going. Being right on the doorstep of the beach was a big advantage. the customer service was also very helpful, informing me about the amenities and offering assistance through the concierge. the room was comfortable and the air conditioner worked perfectly.

There were a couple of negative aspects during my stay. On the first night, there was a nearby bar playing loud music until 3:00 a.m., making it difficult to sleep.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how well the rooms were maintained by the chamber maids. The location of the hotel, just off the beach, offered beautiful views of the cruise ships turning around in the harbor. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the omelettes. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel appreciated.

The staff promptly handled a room mix-up. Convenient downtown location. Well-maintained common areas, pool, and beach. Polite, professional, and courteous staff and management. Gym and spacious bathrooms. Friendly and efficient door/valet/luggage staff.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Nassau for a few days. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Plus, being close to the port made it super easy to get to Paradise Island. The property itself was beautiful, with a stunning beach and pool area that had lots of spots to relax in the sun or shade. The highlight of my stay, though, was the amazing staff. The front desk team was friendly and helpful, and the concierge staff, especially Arnold, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The housekeeping staff was also exceptional, always greeting us with a smile and providing excellent service. If I have the chance to visit the Bahamas again, this hotel will definitely be my top choice.

Nothing not to like.

I had an amazing stay at the mini resort on the edge of downtown. The private beach was a perfect spot to relax, and the swimming pool and pool bar added to the resort-like atmosphere. I loved the full-size cabanas on the beach and the plenty of sun shelters available. The fitness center was a great bonus for staying active during my vacation. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the restaurants and bars in the area. It was also exciting to watch the huge international cruise ships sail in and out of the nearby dock. As an HHonors member, the HHonors club on the top floor with stunning views was a treat. Plus, having the famous Atlantis just a five-minute taxi ride away was a definite highlight. Whether for vacation or business, this mini resort provided excellent facilities and relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and had a great beach. I enjoyed the fact that the rooms had fridges and coffee makers. the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. There were some maintenance issues, such as broken cabana hoods and an out-of-order elevator.

We absolutely loved the staff at the restaurant – they were so friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and a private beach.

The private beach was a huge plus for our family. It was the only one on the Bahamas and it was absolutely beautiful.
