The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, with its beautiful small "beach" right on the doorstep. The hotel is conveniently located right next to mermaid reef, making it a perfect spot for snorkeling enthusiasts. Situated on a peninsula, this hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding water, creating a truly serene and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms at this hotel are spacious and provide ample space for lounging around, allowing guests to fully unwind during their stay.

Beautiful, cozy villa with stunning views. The cottage was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the calm waters and vibrant marine life at the nearby Mermaid Reef. The staff at Pelican Beach Villas went above and beyond to make our bareboating experience smooth and stress-free. we had a delightful week in Marsh Harbour and would recommend this place for a great family vacation or a peaceful getaway.

The well-appointed terrace offered clear views of the blue waters, a perfect setting for sipping coffee in the morning. We appreciated the available hammocks, perfect for unwinding in the tropical weather.

The cleanliness of the accommodation could have been better, and we ended up having to venture out for meals as there were no on-site dining facilities. the lack of basic kitchen utensils, such as a pot or spatula, made meal preparation challenging.
