The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the island, making it easy to explore different areas. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay for our family. The friendly staff offered excellent service, and the attached restaurant served delicious food, such as wood-fired pizzas. Additionally, the pool provided a refreshing retreat after a day of exploring.

The hotel experienced a water shortage during our stay, resulting in inconvenience and the inability to shower or flush toilets.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The bungalows, rooms, and apartments were all clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hotel is set in a stunning garden with a refreshing pool. The Bahamian-Italian fusion restaurant served amazing food, including the most delicious pizza made in an original Italian oven. The breakfast was homemade and delightful, with fresh croissants and a variety of options. The bar offered a unique local herbal liquor, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. The hotel is continuously undergoing renovations and improvements, which shows the commitment to enhancing guest comfort and experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Had an Easter vacation there. The attached restaurant had great food, and the staff were hard workers, especially the two girls running it. The hotel is located in a convenient spot, near the beach and other attractions.

The hotel was in a terrible state and overpriced. There was no water during our stay, and the manager who demanded pre-payment via PayPal was extremely rude and hostile toward us when we inquired about the Internet.

New and clean rooms, great Swiss cook, friendly welcome, cool atmosphere. Need a car and check bridge to north for flights. Spanish Wells nicer than Harbour Island. No beach at hotel. Clearly state breakfast preference.
