The front desk staff, especially Mr. Joshua and the wonderful Ms. Egyptian young lady, were amazing and helpful. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything we needed. Parking spaces were always available. The rooms and toilets were clean and well-maintained. Amenities were available on request. The room service and security were good.

This place has an amazing location as it is very close to the National Museum and the city centre. The staff, especially the manager at the front desk, are very friendly and helpful. The room amenities are great as they have ironing facilities, in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities. Additionally, the leisure facilities such as the jacuzzi and fitness centre are top-notch.
