the hotel's design is beautiful and easily accessible with a great location. We were delighted with the delicious breakfast options and loved relaxing by the pool on the 9th floor. Although there was a small hiccup with the spa promotion for couples, the spacious and clean room, along with the amazing WiFi, made our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for couples looking to enjoy the outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and couples' massages at the spa.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and even upgraded me to a deluxe room for the same price due to a shortage of non-smoking rooms. I loved the endless supply of tea bags and coffee in the room's kettle, as well as the comfortable bed and exquisite water pressure in the shower. The hotel's location, within walking distance of the City Center Mall, was very convenient. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay at this venue! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating, even at 5am. The hotel's location right in the city centre made it very accessible and convenient. We loved being so close to popular shopping malls like City Center. The room was spotless and cozy, with amenities like tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, and a terrace. The in-house dining options were also top notch, with catering service and special diet menus available. This place had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers easy access to major shopping centers and is within walking distance of the city center. One guest had a poor experience during iftar and found the food less than average compared to the hotel's other offerings.

I recently stayed at Ramada in Manama for a short business trip. The hotel is new and not yet officially launched, which meant it was not crowded. The staff, especially Mr. Vijay at the door and Mr. Sabir at the front desk, provided exceptional service with a smile. The location is great, with easy access to CityCenter. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the free Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast at the Samawar restaurant was delicious, and the staff there, including Mr. Gilbert, Mr. Yusra, and Ramadan, showed great hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and friendly atmosphere.

We just spent an amazing weekend in a hotel that not only provided us with an affordable rate, but also included free coffee and tea arrangements in our room, as well as free water. Its location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the city center and a great mall, ideal for quick shopping trips and delicious fast food. We also appreciated the friendly and approachable staff, who made us feel at home.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the noise level. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was not the best, and we could hear a lot of noise coming from the corridors and nearby rooms.
