Not one thing.

During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the excellent facilities and friendly staff. The bar had a great atmosphere with live music, and the rooms were comfortable and well-provisioned. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the convenience of being close to the Avenues mall and Bahrain City Centre. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Bahrain.

The hotel facilities were also impressive, with a variety of amenities such as a salon, spa, gym, swimming pool, and access to high-value brands in the Moda Mall. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a wide range of delicious options. The hotel gym was one of the best I have ever encountered, providing ample cardiovascular and weight-training equipment. The swimming pool was well-maintained and had a telephone service for easy ordering of refreshments. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and facilities.

The hotel was in a great location, with easy access to public transport and surrounded by popular landmarks. It was conveniently connected to a mall and had an illy Cafe nearby, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or coffee. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like UK plug sockets and lovely toiletries. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was top-notch, with a variety of options to satisfy every palate. The hotel also had impressive facilities, such as a gym with state-of-the-art equipment and a swimming pool with a convenient telephone service.

Some aspects of the hotel seemed a bit outdated and could benefit from renovations to keep up with modern standards.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with both the rooms and common areas being well-maintained. The hotel facilities were fantastic, offering a wide range of amenities including a gym, swimming pool, and spa. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the center of the city and easily accessible to transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Great value for the money, the room was comfortable and clean. The location was ideal, close to shopping malls and next to the Bahrain World Trade Center. The staff, especially the helpful Bell Desk and friendly Bahraini locals, made our stay enjoyable. The valet parking guy, Mustaf, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the receptionist who helped me extend my stay was awesome!

The breakfast offerings could be improved.

The swimming pool and sauna were enjoyable amenities. Early check-in was allowed, and the staff members were friendly. Parking was available in a secure location. The breakfast provided was excellent.

The buffet at the hotel was absolutely amazing. the service from the staff was also exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure that guests were satisfied.

One negative aspect was that the housekeeping staff expected tips for every single task they performed, which has unfortunately become a norm in many hotels. Another downside was that the hotel did not have an emergency exit from the front side, which caused inconvenience on arrival when the front door was jammed.

We also enjoyed the convenient telephone service by the pool, allowing us to easily order cocktails and lunch.

Everything was spot on.

Great location near restaurants, comfy beds, effective AC. Golestan Iranian restaurant and Maki Japanese restaurant were fantastic. Friendly staff, loved the business class lounge. Upgraded to the 10th floor for a good deal. Club lounge had tasty food and drinks. Lots of facilities – salon, spa, gym, pool. Amazing breakfast selection! Gym was impressive, loved the yoga area. Nice pool with phone service.

Had a great Christmas stay in this hotel. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including vegetarian dishes. the location was very convenient, with two big shopping malls nearby. Plus, the gym was well equipped and the pool was heated, so we could still swim even on cool days.

The room and overall decor seemed a bit outdated, but it wasn't a big issue. the lounge was a bit small and could get crowded in the evenings, but the staff were friendly and welcoming.

This hotel provided us with an exquisite and luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities and private facilities surpassed our expectations. the staff's service was impeccable and personalized. the location's advantages allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the city's culture.

The continental breakfast was mediocre and lacked variety. Nevertheless, this minor issue did not impact our overall positive experience at the hotel.
