I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern interior of the hotel, along with its excellent staff who were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop restaurant provided a nice view and good food. I recommend this hotel.

During our stay, we had an amazing experience at this hotel. Located near the parliament building, close to Bashundhara mall and surrounded by local shops, the location is great for exploring. The restaurant served delicious food and even allowed us to sit for a little more time at night. Our room was cozy and well-maintained, with clean bathroom fixtures and prompt service. The complementary breakfast offered a good variety of options.

The hotel's food pricing was a bit steep, making it a better value to have lunch from outside.

The friendly and helpful staff ensured a comfortable stay, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The rooftop restaurant was a pleasant spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. The AC and fan in the room made it easy to control the temperature, and the daily cleaning service ensured a pleasant environment. Although the TV channels were limited, we found Al Jazeera in English. Breakfast provided a good start to the day.

They even provided complimentary tea and coffee sachets along with an electric kettle in my room. the hotel's location was ideal, as it was located in a bustling market area, yet high above the noise on the 9th floor, providing a fantastic view. the room was always clean and tidy, and the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The check-in process at the hotel felt a bit awkward as one staff member tried to convince me to pre-pay before checking in, which I didn't expect. There was also some delay in serving the food at the restaurant, which made me feel uneasy.

The location is in a thickly populated area with vegetable hawkers in front, which gives a vibrant atmosphere. The narrow approach road adds to the charm of the surroundings. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with good air conditioning and comfortable superior king beds. The breakfast includes a variety of options, including the delicious addition of dry bananas.

The restaurant service after midnight could be improved.

the buffet breakfast had a great selection of items and the staff at both the sky restaurant and Rasun restaurant were professional and always greeted us with a smile. the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds, along with the plentiful toiletries, made our stay even more enjoyable. the receptionist was polite and friendly, making us feel welcomed and safe.
