Exceptional service that made my stay truly memorable.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of essential accessories in the room and a miscommunication regarding breakfast, they were quickly resolved by the attentive service staff.

The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, close to the airport and in one of the posh areas of the city. The rooms are clean, with mosquito-free environment and great lighting. The staff is very accommodating and the car service is punctual, clean, safe, and even has wifi. The coffee shop on the property is vibrant and convenient, offering a nice place to relax.

The variety of food options for breakfast could be improved.

Beautiful and clean with friendly staff. Welcome drinks and fruit basket upon check-in. Sauna and steam bath facilities available. Helpful security guards and staff assist with parking and luggage. Lobby cafe offers a good Korean menu.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and attractions. the staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and special. the room was beautifully decorated with comfortable and cozy bedding, providing a romantic atmosphere. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the variety of options.

The gym was small and not well-equipped, making it difficult to get a good workout.

This hotel is a luxurious and comfortable option for those who want to enjoy exclusive amenities. the swimming pool is spectacular, with a breathtaking view and a shallow end just perfect for lounging. the sauna and steam room were also great, and the staff was attentive and always available. the restaurant and bar/lounge area exceeded my expectations, with continental breakfast and special diet menus available.

That the location was not very convenient to some of the main attractions in the city. the hotel's private facilities made up for this minor inconvenience.
