The shuttle service provided by the hotel was outstanding, with prompt transfers to and from the airport. the staff, particularly the driver Tanzil, were polite, well-mannered, and professional. the clarity on available facilities could be improved to avoid confusion.

The value for money at Marino Royal exceeded my expectations. The room was modern and clean, and the location near the airport was convenient. The staff treated me with exceptional courtesy and all my needs were catered to.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety to make it even better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the airport yet remarkably peaceful. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and a safe for our valuables. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great addition, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The staff provided exceptional service, with 24-hour room service and a doctor on call if needed.
