Friendly staff, always helpful with a smile. Check-in was allowed early at 9.15 am. Airport shuttle service was accommodating. Good room, staff, and service. Reliable and fast wifi. Gradual improvement in breakfast options. good value for money.

The staff was exceedingly attentive and courteous. The airport shuttle service was wonderful and very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, which was a nice gesture. The hotel staff was always friendly, helpful, and smiling. The food in the restaurant, especially the Thai cuisine, was very good. The wifi internet worked reliably and at a sufficient speed. it was good value for money.

Great value, excellent location. Within walking distance to key landmarks and transportation. Rooms are comfortable and staff is friendly and attentive. the breakfast is decent and served in a cozy atmosphere with fresh juice and pastries. Enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the laundry service was efficient.

The restaurant could improve on the quality of the food, especially the presentation and flavors. the decor could use an update to make the atmosphere more enjoyable.
