Our stay at Royal Park Residence was fantastic! The hotel's food selection was amazing, with a wide variety of traditional Bengali, Indian, and Sri Lankan cuisine. The rooms were well-maintained and the location was great, near the airport and in a high-security area. I recently stayed in a hotel in a premier residential area that reminded me of my favorite South Asian country with its warm hospitality. the Sri Lankan breakfast served by the chef was the best I’ve ever had. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was located in a central area, close to many shops and restaurants. I was impressed by the attention to detail, such as the complimentary toiletries and the daily housekeeping.

There were some minor issues that did not detract from my overall enjoyment of the hotel. For example, the swimming pool was a bit too cold for my liking and some of the staff in the dining area could benefit from additional customer service training.
