I recently stayed at The Grand Hotel BD for my trip to Sylhet. The staff, including Rubel and Zayed, were extremely friendly and helpful. Their service was excellent, earning them a 10 out of 10 rating. The hotel's environment was also very suitable for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, being close to the shrine and within easy reach of popular restaurants such as Pach Bhai Restaurant and Panshi. The staff, especially Khaled, Anam, and Rony. I had a great time at the hotel and would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Al Amin, was amazing and extremely helpful. They provided excellent care and made me feel at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything within easy reach. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cost was reasonable. I stayed with my family for four nights and they even reduced the rent for my extended stay. I was truly impressed and would love to stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

There were some maintenance issues in the rooms, such as broken bathroom locks and faulty electric connections. The non-AC room lacked windows and had poor mobile network and wifi connections.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious morning breakfast that was served. The tea was especially flavorful and added a nice touch to the meal. Additionally, the hospitality of the staff was excellent, with a warm welcome and drinks upon arrival. The room arrangement was also excellent, with a well-decorated and clean space. I particularly enjoyed the presence of both a fan and an air cooler, which provided much-needed comfort in the hot weather. The hotel's location was also a key advantage, offering beautiful views of nature and greenery from the window.

There were a few aspects that I did not particularly like during my stay. the breakfast menu consisted mainly of rice and meat, which did not offer much variety.

The overall stay wasn't very romantic with several key issues. The bed was uncomfortably hard and the room was much smaller than anticipated, a little tough to be romantic.
