We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The cleanliness of the place was impressive. The facilities provided were top-notch, especially the air conditioning and shower facilities. The location was convenient, with easy access to the main road and a convenience store/petrol station nearby. The staff, particularly the host, was extremely helpful and accommodating. They even provided us with a taxi driver and taught us how to use the transit system. The apartment's proximity to the beach was a major plus for us.

The property was cozy and well-decorated, providing a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The location was great, with easy accessibility to main roads and a convenience store right outside. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and the shower facilities were modern. The host, Tracey, was extremely helpful and provided all the necessary information about the local area. She even arranged a taxi for us and gave us tips on using public transportation. I had a perfect stay and would highly recommend Carmen Apartment to everyone.

My stay at Carmen Apartment was perfect! The apartment itself was exactly like the pictures, cozy and clean. The big screen TV with Netflix and the stable Wifi were great perks. I loved that the bus station was right in front and there was a supermarket nearby. Tracy, the host, was amazing. She organized transportation for us and even helped with groceries. Communication with her through WhatsApp was convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and living in a local setting was a nice change from the touristy areas. I highly recommend this apartment.

One of the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning, which would have been nice. Also, it would have been better if the cleaning fees and tax were included in the total price.

We also appreciated that she could arrange for groceries to be delivered in advance. Communication with her through Whatsapp was convenient. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed experiencing a more typical local setting.

Convenient location with easy access to the main road and a nearby convenience store/petrol station. Seamless transfer process from the airport. Cosy and well-decorated property with comfortable beds and modern shower facilities. Tremendously clean kitchen with complimentary water. Strong WiFi and helpful local information provided.
