We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! Despite little issues here and there, we had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location in the diamond district is really convenient as it's close to the central train station and right in the center of town. The service provided here is top-notch, with dry cleaning, laundry and even welcome drinks. The room amenities are impressive, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. Plus, the staff, including the manager, were very kind and attentive.

We also appreciated the convenience of nearby public transportation options and the ease of taking the Airport Shuttle.

The morning meal could have been improved with more options for kids and a fairer pricing policy. Despite paying full price for my son's breakfast, he only managed to eat a piece of toast, a few bacon slices, and orange juice.

Two things I enjoyed about my business trip in Antwerp were the free laundry services and the fully equipped kitchen in my penthouse room. The location was also great, being just a few minutes away from the train station and shopping district.
