The Avenue Beach Hotel in Ostend offers comfortable and modern rooms with plenty of space and a good coffee machine. the room was exactly as expected, and we had a beautiful view of the sea from our window. the hotel's location near the beach and casino was perfect for our break activities. the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of cava in our room on New Year's Eve. the hotel's proximity to the tram stop made exploring the city easy.

I had a small issue with my electronic key card and couldn't get back into my room late at night. The hotel staff quickly resolved the issue and got me back into my room. They were helpful and understanding throughout the situation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money is unbeatable, especially for budget travelers like me. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, and the facilities, such as the wellness center and bicycle rental, were an added bonus. The location was perfect, close to the tram station and within walking distance of the city center. It was great to experience where the locals live, rather than just being surrounded by tourists. And of course, being so close to the sea was a major plus. The staff, especially Sally, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed.

Public areas, such as the balcony, were not well-maintained, resulting in a messy appearance.

We enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy our city break. the staff was welcoming and friendly, always ready to offer assistance with directions. the breakfast offered a good selection of tasty food to start the day, and we found it to be reasonably priced.

The room was not up to our expectations, with stained furniture and bedding, and no windows to open, leaving us feeling claustrophobic at times. the balcony was open for others to walk into, and we didn't feel secure with it.
