The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is right next to Brussels Midi Station. This makes it very easy to access the train station and travel to other locations. the hotel is just a short distance away from main attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were also welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

One negative aspect was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which meant having to pay extra to get a hot drink from downstairs.

The breakfast selection was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was ideal for exploring the city and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The rooms were quite cramped and the noise from the elevator was incredibly disruptive, particularly in the evenings. Sadly, it made it hard for us to get a decent night's sleep and detracted from our overall experience.

The best aspects of my stay were the convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and a 14-minute stroll to the famous Grand Palace. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit all the main attractions. the modern TV in the room was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of English language channels to choose from. It was nice to be able to unwind and watch something in a language I understood.
