The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the view from the room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the river. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the city center. It made exploring the area so convenient. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

One of the drawbacks was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, which made it quite warm. Opening the window to cool down meant dealing with traffic noise.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and convenience. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with the Citadel just behind the hotel and the river right in front, offering stunning views. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the private car park, which was available for a reasonable fee of 5 euros per day. It made it easy to explore the surrounding area, such as taking a river tour or visiting the Citadel via the bus stop just outside the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, just outside of the old centre, and it's a short walk to the beautiful river and castle. The room was comfortable and clean, and I appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities right in my room. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, and I even received a complimentary welcome drink.

Although the staff didn't have a lot of knowledge about the city, they were still friendly and did their best to assist me. I would recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location was excellent with great views of the river. We enjoyed being able to overlook the river and it was just below the citadel. It was also a good, easy walk to the town centre. The service was outstanding, with staff who were all very helpful, especially the parking attendant who looked after our Vespa.

The hotel facilities were not bad but not very nice also. The amenities were sometimes a little temperamental.

During our stay at Mercure, we had a fantastic experience exploring the beautiful surroundings along the nearby bike trail and Canal. The hotel's location, close to the city center, was very convenient. The venue itself, with a casino on one side and a hotel on the other, had a modern and well-maintained feel. We were impressed by the secure bicycle storage, which gave us peace of mind. The staff, from the manager to all the employees, were absolutely wonderful and provided excellent service. The room was clean, bright, and spacious, with a particularly clean and spacious bathroom. We enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant, which offered a good variety of food options at reasonable prices. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide range of hot and cold choices. Mercure proved to be a comfortable place to stay, eat, and even indulge in a bit of gambling if desired.

Helpful staff, who even provided free gifts for children and assisted with discounts on breakfast for the young ones. the hotel is situated near restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the local area. Guests also enjoyed free WiFi and a free drink upon check-in.

No air conditioning, only a fan which may result in hot and stuffy rooms on warmer days. Guests had to pay for parking and struggled to find the entrance.
