Stayed here for the Sjock Festival, 2nd time. Amazingly friendly staff, great hotel. Super comfy beds. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of different things to suit everyone. Helpful reception staff, even helped me find another hotel when I had to extend my stay last minute. Toiletries were good quality. Convenient location next to the train station. Welcoming wasn't initially smiley but improved with conversation. Night receptionist was lovely and helpful. Nice dining area with clean cutlery.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was right next to the train station. It made it very convenient for me to explore the surrounding areas. The staff here were amazing, always willing to help and nothing was too much trouble. The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the complimentary toiletries.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and just a few minutes' walk from the main market place and restaurants. It was a great advantage to be close to these attractions. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

One negative aspect was the noise from the trains as our room was next to the train tracks. It was a bit disruptive and not ideal for light sleepers.
