The hotel has no wifi, even though they claim to have it. The pillows are uncomfortable and feel like sleeping on cotton balls.

This hotel was exactly like in the pictures with comfortable beds and rooms that had access to a common terrace with a view of the boulevard. Its location is great, right in the city center, at walking distance from the historical center in a beautiful area. The staff was friendly and provided basic amenities. Breakfast was included in the rate and had great croissants.

We were delighted to be greeted with a warm smile and a complimentary drink upon arrival. the hotel's location was central, which made it easy to explore the city by foot. We particularly loved the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide range of delicious options to choose from.

We found the noise from the street to be quite loud and disruptive, which made it difficult to sleep well at night. However, overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western in the heart of the city. We were there for two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room we got through a genius deal. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even granted us a late checkout at no extra charge. The location was superb, with easy access to public transportation and a great restaurant nearby. The hotel was recently refurbished and everything was clean and well-maintained. The spacious room and comfortable bed added to our overall satisfaction. We will definitely return on our next visit.

For my recent business trip to Brussels, I stayed at Best Western Hotel Royal Centre for three nights. The hotel's central location near the train station and business district was perfect for my needs. The staff was attentive and the room was comfortable and impeccably clean. The fast Wi-Fi easily connected all three of my devices, and I appreciated the wide selection of TV channels. The breakfast had a variety of options, including real orange juice. The hotel is also conveniently within walking distance of the cathedral and the Grand Place.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the location. The hotel is in the center, within walking distance of many points of interest. Although it may take around 15-20 minutes to reach the tourist areas, the Botanique Metro Station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it convenient to get around. Secondly, the staff provided good service and were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms, although small, were clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the tea and coffee-making facilities in the room.

All in all, everything was fine.

There was an issue with the cleanliness of one of the twin beds in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

They were so accommodating and helpful, allowing us to check in early and even assisting with printing our boarding passes. The hotel was immaculate and the lounge was inviting. And the food was delicious and reasonably priced.
