Clean location, spacious apartment, close to attractions, faultless place.

Couldn't stay longer.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bruges. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The room was lovely, spacious and warm, with a wonderful view. The hotel's location was perfect - right in the center, close to all the main attractions but surprisingly quiet. Plus, having a small kitchen in the room was really convenient and saved me money on eating out.

Great location - close to tourist sites and groceries, with warm heating during winter. the studio accommodation provided us with privacy, own kitchen and fridge. We had a comfy bed and a nice bathroom with bright lights and consistent hot water.

The maintenance of the studio requires attention - the cutlery and dishes were dirty, the microwave had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. We also had trouble finding the location, and the hygiene was below the expected basic level.

Great location, convenient central parking, well-equipped apartment, walking distance to central square and supermarket, open on Sundays. Recommend.

All was perfect.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently close to the city center and also near the train station. This made it easy for me to both explore the city and commute to meetings. Additionally, there were a couple of express grocery stores nearby, which was very convenient for picking up any supplies I needed during my stay.

There were a few things that I didn't like about my experience at the hotel. the check-in process was a bit confusing.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. Easy access to the main shopping streets and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the studio apartment was spacious enough for two people and had a comfortable seating area. the bathroom was immaculate and the towels were changed daily. the central heating worked efficiently during our stay, keeping us warm and cozy.

There were some issues with the amenities in the apartment. the kitchen equipment provided was minimal and inadequate.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, City Flats offered a spacious and well-equipped apartment. The supermarket just around the corner was an added convenience. The central parking area was within a short walk and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Bruges.

The hotel was an absolute gem! the location was unbeatable. It was super close to all the main attractions but surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and provided us with useful tips on where to go in the city. The rooms were well-equipped with every facility needed, including a small kitchen and a lovely view. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was flawless, nothing to complain about.

The nearby hostel where you check in and out provides additional space and amenities. I would definitely recommend City Flats for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bruges.
