There were occasional noises from outside the hotel during weekends, but it didn't significantly disturb the overall comfort of the stay.

We stayed at this hotel five years ago and were impressed by the new ambitious Chinese owners who have lifted Cardiff to a higher level. The renovated rooms offer good value for money. The location is perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the beach, railway station, and the nearby square. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices and fresh items. The owners were lovely and provided helpful and kind service. The check-in process was efficient with clear instructions received on the day of arrival. The property was very clean, creating a cozy atmosphere. The availability of a digital reception through Whatsapp was convenient.

Stayed here for a couple of nights during Christmas and absolutely loved it! The hotel owners were super friendly and made us feel completely at home. The hotel was spotlessly clean with good Wi-Fi and a great breakfast spread. It was located in a central area which made it easy for us to explore and the rooms were reasonably priced.

The parking situation - it was difficult to find parking nearby and expensive. We had to park on the streets which were pay and display.
