The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, being a short walk from the central train station. This makes it easy to access trams and other modes of transportation to explore the city and beyond. Its proximity to the train station also makes it a great base for day trips to nearby cities.

The hotel could benefit from some minor maintenance and updates. In some rooms, there are small signs of wear and tear, such as a carpet stain or a tear in a curtain.

The breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients. the staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. the location was great with easy access to public transportation and attractions.

The room was a bit small and did not offer enough space to move around comfortably. the bathroom was functional but lacked toiletries.

The value you get for the price is exceptional. The rooms are very big, the beds comfortable and everything is very clean. Above all the people at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. When we were arriving the welcome was very warm and they made a lot of effort to give advice about visiting the city. In the morning the breakfast was excellent and the services great.

The personalized service at Carlton was exceptional. The owners were friendly, informative, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a balcony which offered a great view. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel Carlton is perfectly located next to Gent St Pieters station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city and even taking day trips to nearby cities. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the basic amenities you could need, including comfortable beds and a walk-in shower. The staff are friendly and attentive, always willing to help and provide useful information about the area and transportation options. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with nice finishing touches like glass bottles of water and a fresh Orchid plant in the room.

We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, complete with complimentary water and tea/coffee. The location was great, with easy access to bars and restaurants where we could enjoy the good weather. Plus, there was convenient street parking available with credit card payment.

The bathroom shower was a bit problematic, as it was difficult to keep water from getting all over the floor. That was a bit of a hassle during our stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Carlton for four days while attending Davis Cup. The staff, including Claudia and Jeffrey, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with complementary water, tea, and coffee. The location was convenient, with nearby bars and restaurants. The deal with tram tickets was a great bonus for exploring the city. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
