The hotel is in a great location very close to the town centre and the Markt. The rooms have a perfect view of other beautiful buildings and roofs. The staff is very helpful and friendly, providing tips about the city and giving a free city map. The breakfast is a nice surprise, with a good selection of food including bacon and eggs. The hotel has a charming atmosphere and the beds are comfortable.

The hotel does not have elevators, which might be problematic for some guests.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to all the main sightseeing spots. It was also great that the staff were quick and helpful in handling any complaints or problems.

The rooms were incredibly small and poorly maintained. the bathroom was also tiny, more like a regular shower cabin than a proper bathroom.

our date night in bruges was absolutely amazing thanks to the cozy and welcoming atmosphere at rose red. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped with early check-in. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square but still peaceful and quiet.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms and the central location. The beds were comfortable and the bed sheets looked brand new. The hotel staff were friendly and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The hotel bar had a great atmosphere, a wide selection of beers, and tasty bar snacks. The breakfast provided was exceptional, and they even had a child seat for our kids.
