The hotel offered luxurious antique furniture and well-designed modern bathrooms. The staff was very kind and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile and providing useful advice. They even helped us with taxi arrangements at a good price. The room was comfortable and clean, with large and comfy beds. It was cleaned daily and we were provided with clean towels, a bottle of water, coffee capsules, and tea bags.

The staff made us feel really welcomed, and nothing was too much trouble.

My romantic escape at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The room was beautifully decorated, with a charming old-world charm and modern updates. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The location was perfect, right by the canal and within walking distance of all the key attractions in the area. We loved taking romantic strolls along the canal at night.

The room did get a bit warm and the air conditioning could have been better. We ended up opening the windows to cool down.

We recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Die Swaene for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The refurbished room overlooking the canal was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection of cereals, bread, eggs, cold meat and fish, and fresh fruit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we even had the pleasure of meeting the new owner. The pool and sauna facilities were amazing, adding an extra level of relaxation to our stay. We can't wait to visit again!

Had a very warm welcome at Die Swaene, staff was superb👌. Excellent location with great view and walking distance to all the sights. The family-run hotel and its friendly staff made our stay memorable. The breakfast was delicious and the room was well-stocked and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink upon arrival, and the tours/ticket assistance provided made exploring the city hassle-free. The room amenities were excellent, with heating and air conditioning to suit every preference, along with tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar to satisfy our cravings. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in our room, making us feel truly pampered.

This place is situated on a scenic canal, which gave us a unique and pleasant view during our stay. It is also located in the centre of town, making it easy to find good places to eat. The staff was always helpful and accommodating, they even offered us a welcome drink upon our arrival. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities like an electric kettle, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe, which made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, which was a nice touch.
