I had a fantastic experience at L'Esprit Sain hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any requests. the hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast and restaurant were both excellent.

This hotel was excellent for exploring the center on foot. Its location was very good, right in the center of the town. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day.

We stayed at a hotel right in the centre of town - it was so convenient to explore and go out for meals. The room was spacious and the bathroom was massive, with a huge en-suite. The staff were very courteous and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the evening meal was delicious. There was even a lift in the hotel!

Some shops and restaurants in the town didn't speak English, which made communication a bit difficult.

A little gem in Malmedy! Vincent and staff were amazing, shuttle service was brilliant, delicious evening meal, courteous and helpful staff, spacious room with huge en-suite, central location.

Our stay at Hotel L'Esprit Sain was delightful! The breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurant had excellent food. Vincent Close, the owner, was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Great location for Belgium Grand Prix, wonderful staff, and shuttle service. Comfortable rooms with potential ventilation improvement. Beautiful town with easy access to local bars and restaurants. Delicious restaurant meals and helpful, professional staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a charming town and had a great experience. the location was ideal, right in the center, making it easy to explore the town and visit local bars and restaurants. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and happiness. Finally, the rooms were clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities we needed. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room with a sofa bed, which made it great value for money. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast that was included.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that could have been improved.

The lack of a reception desk made check-in and check-out feel impersonal. the bathroom was very small, and the shower was prone to flooding the floor.

Will definitely be coming back!
