The location is exceptional and only steps away from the major squares. The manager was very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. The breakfast had a delicious spread with many choices and lots of great fruit, yogurt, breads, meats, and cheeses. The Family Room was larger than expected and could easily fit two couples or a full family comfortably. The price was reasonable for such a large room in such a great location.

I recently had an incredible stay at this hotel in the heart of Bruges. The location couldn't have been better as it was within a short walk to the main square and market square. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed and nice fluffy towels. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure my family felt at home. The breakfast, served in a beautiful cave-like basement, was delicious with excellent fresh bread and a variety of high quality food.

The breakfast, served in the cellar, was simple but satisfying. The gentleman who checked us in and attended to our needs throughout our stay was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our loved ones.

Had a good time during New Year’s celebration, two complementary drinks per guest were offered as a welcoming touch. the location was perfect, right in the middle of the action, easy walking distance to main attractions and public transportation. the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options available.

Rooms were too small for comfortable stay and the check-in process was slow. However, the worst part was the noise level, we could hear everything in the hallway and next rooms, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

We loved the hotel's convenient location in the Centre of the City, with main city highlights and many eating establishments all within easy walking distances. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel's facilities were impressive. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and the staff were friendly and helpful.
