As low-budget travelers, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent location of this hotel. The room was much nicer than expected, with a big refrigerator and good isolation. The staff was very warm and caring, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right next to the Brussels stock exchange building and within walking distance of everything else. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, making me feel like I was in a European dream. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any inquiries. Plus, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

As a first-time guest at Hotel Orts, I had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby and just a short stroll to the main square and train station. It was within walking distance of the main attractions and close to public transportation. the continental breakfast was decent, with a variety of croissants and pastries. the free WiFi, although it didn't work during our stay, would have been a nice amenity. the hotel had potential but fell short in delivering a comfortable and enjoyable Christmas experience.

Arrived at the hotel for Christmas and was disappointed that there were no Christmas decorations or festive atmosphere in the lobby. the staff didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, which dampened the holiday spirit.

The hotel was in a perfect location, just a short walk from all the main attractions. We loved being able to easily explore the city without having to travel far. the room itself was lovely, spacious, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the large bathroom with a brand new bathtub. the staff was friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. Additionally, the breakfast spread was excellent with a variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.

One downside was that the reception area was quite small and tucked away at the back of a bar. It wasn't the most welcoming first impression, but once we got to the room, everything was great.
