I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel just off Grand Place. The room was spacious, modern, and incredibly clean. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. The bathroom was huge and had luxurious toiletries. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, from the friendly front of house staff to the caring cleaners. The hotel has a lovely view of a courtyard, even in bad weather. I highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays.

We stayed at Rubens-Grote Markt and had a fantastic experience. the staff were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had luxurious Rituals toiletries. the location was perfect, right next to the Grote Markt but on a quiet street, so there was zero noise. We also appreciated the excellent tea room/restaurant right across from the hotel. it was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Belgium/Netherlands.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the old city center, close to the Christmas markets. The rooms are beautifully decorated and recently renovated. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choice and efficient service. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing directions and recommendations for places to visit. The hotel offers private secure parking and underfloor heating in the bathroom.

One receptionist was unfriendly upon arrival.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the complimentary wine and chocolates that were provided in the room. the hotel was also located just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Christmas market and colourful city lights. Another advantage was the cozy and warm ambiance in the lobby area, perfect for having a drink after a long day of exploring the city.

The breakfast experience was not up to par. the staff seemed to be overwhelmed with the number of guests, and the breakfast buffet was not refilled in a timely manner.

We had a fantastic stay at Rubens-Grote Markt in Antwerp. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the staff were all friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the main street but still within walking distance of Antwerp station. the nearby Grote Markt with its lovely restaurants was a delightful discovery. the self-service breakfast provided a great variety of options and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend Rubens-Grote Markt.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel just a block behind the cathedral. The location was great and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms had recently been renovated, so everything was brand new. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch. I had a room at the front with views over the rooftops towards the cathedral. The breakfast was very good, and I also noticed a tempting tea room right across the cobbled lane in front of the hotel. The staff at this hotel were friendly and very helpful. I had a wonderful experience at Rubens-Grote Markt.
