Explored the beautiful countryside, visited the monastery and chocolate museum. Enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and observing the animals. Loved the luxury spa experience. Great for both business and leisure.

Packed restaurant and bar, terrible room service, rude reception staff. Who needs good customer service anyway?

We've stayed at Hotel Verviers Van Der Valk a couple of times before, and it's always been a great experience. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the town center, railway station, and shopping district. There's even a casino and cinema nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. We also appreciate the large parking lot and the interesting post-industrial building. a nice place to stay!

During our stay at Van Der Valk Hotel, we encountered the attentive staff that previous guests have mentioned. They were quick to assist us with any requests and made us feel well taken care of. The food at the hotel's restaurant was truly excellent, exceeding our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal we had there. The comfortable bed provided us with a restful night's sleep, ensuring we were refreshed and ready to explore the next day.

Although I must mention that on one occasion while dining, we experienced a disruption caused by a drunk guest. The staff did intervene, but it took them some time to fully resolve the situation, causing a slight inconvenience.

The staff was helpful and polite, clean facilities, spacious room, secure parking, modern and comfortable.

The view from our room was breathtaking, definitely one of the best I’ve ever seen. It was also great to have free parking and Wi-Fi, saving us some money. Location wise, it was easy to find and close to the shops and restaurants.

The music from the party downstairs was so loud that we couldn’t sleep until it finished at 2am. Some of the staff didn't seem bothered about us and the overall service was below average.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! the location was perfect, right in the city center and next to a shopping center which was very convenient for us. Secondly, the huge parking area provided ample space for our car. Additionally, the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our five-day stay. The restaurant had a great selection of delicious food, and we also enjoyed the live music in the bar. we were impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.

The price for our amazing room was mind-blowing! Conveniently located by the motorway with ample parking, our car was easily visible from our room. The Brasserie served an incredible dinner, though it was slightly pricier than expected. The king-sized bed was super comfortable, and the bath was absolutely lovely. Breakfast was good, but busy on weekends. The terrace was perfect for sunny days. The hotel was clean, although the room was cozy. The staff was professional and very helpful. The hotel, with its modern and smart amenities, was unbeatable for the price. The restaurant and bar were great, and the staff were extremely helpful. The location, just 5 minutes from the motorway, made it the perfect stopover. Our room was large, with a fantastic shower, and the parking was easy. Check-out was fast and pleasant. our experience at this hotel was simply jaw-dropping!
