Good rooms. Spacious, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Convenient location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast included, with a variety of options. Hotel's garden access in lower rooms.

Nothing to fault.

The bed and pillows were very comfy. We enjoyed the view from the window of our room. The location was convenient to great shopping and nice restaurants that we loved visiting.

The bathroom was not pleasant at all. It had a lot of condensation and no ventilation, so the walls and floor were slippery.

We had a great experience at Villa Monte. The location is fantastic and the old building has a charming ambiance. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and the communication with the hotel was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and it was a thoughtful touch. Each morning, we received a small paper bag with a variety of delicious sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, and a can of orange Minutemaid. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel had a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The proximity to the train station was convenient, and we especially enjoyed direct access to the hotel's garden from our lower level room.
