I recently stayed at a hotel near the University Hospital and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and adequately sized. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the hospital. Additionally, there were supermarkets and good value restaurants right by the hotel.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is near a retail park and the racetrack. They provide breakfast in paper bags, making it quick and easy to grab on the go. The hotel is situated by a bridge, giving it a picturesque view. being located in a built-up area means there are plenty of amenities nearby.

It's disappointing that there is no proper bar at the hotel.

This hotel is a gem! The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, making you feel very welcome. The location is perfect, nestled away in a small business park, so it's quiet yet still close to amenities like a shopping center and nightclub. The rooms are comfortable and have all the basic amenities you need, including a typical Ibis-style bathroom. The breakfast is top-notch, with a wide variety of options and even gluten-free bread upon request. And the freshly pressed orange juice is a delightful touch!

All aspects of this hotel were great, no improvements needed.

We had a great experience at Ibis. the staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service, including a 24-hour reception service. There were plenty of food and drink options, including a free water machine. Although initially only one large towel was provided per person, the staff happily provided a second towel when requested. the towels were changed daily and the room was cleaned daily as well. the hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance from a supermarket, bakery, and various restaurants. We also appreciated the nearby bowling alley for the kids' entertainment.

We had a fantastic stay at Ibis in Seraing! the hotel offered spacious and clean rooms with individual TVs for each bed. Although we were provided with paper cups instead of glass ones, the overall experience was great. the hotel had a lovely terrace and ample parking space. the receptionist gave us a warm welcome, and the best part was the affordable price of only 65 euros for the night. We also enjoyed the convenient location, with easy access to the Spa GP and several good value restaurants within walking distance.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel that had everything we needed. the rooms were spacious, with cozy beds that allowed us to rest after a long day of sight-seeing. One of the key location factors of the hotel was that it was very accessible, as it was located near many shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the attentive staff, who helped us with all our needs.

The only negative thing about our stay was the noise from the nearby nightclub that can be heard until 6 AM. We also expected more dining options and a wider range of breakfast choices. it's a great budget hotel and perfect if you need a comfortable base for exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes away from the University and a short 10 to 15-minute drive to downtown Liege. We were pleased to find a Carrefour hypermarket right across from the hotel, and the free parking was a great convenience. The room was clean and comfortably sized, with a cozy and comfortable bed. The shower had plenty of hot water, and the elevator made it easy to access the upper floors. The buffet breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the proximity to shops and restaurants within walking distance. our experience at Ibis was excellent, and we would definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation.
