I got great value for my money at Hotel Jam. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean, with comfortable beds and unique unfinished wood accents. The location was safe, beautiful, and convenient, allowing me to walk everywhere without needing to use public transportation. The staff at Hotel Jam were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns.

The menu for breakfast could use some improvement, maybe more options or better quality ingredients.

Additionally, the hotel's location, although not very central, was easily accessible via tram or metro, allowing me to reach the city center within 15 minutes. I had a great experience at Jam Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Had a nice Easter weekend at a modern hotel with a cool look. the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a plus. Hotel was centrally located, close to major attractions and easily accessible through public transport.

The noise level was quite bad, with noises from both the inside and outside of the hotel, making it hard to sleep and relax. the staff didn't seem to be very accommodating when issues arose.
