The value for money at Le Louise Hotel Brussels - Mgallery was excellent. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist.

The only thing that could make the food for breakfast better was if there were more vegan options available.

I had a great value for my money at the Le Louise Hotel. The room was comfortable and had nice amenities. The location was perfect, close to the EU Headquarter and surrounded by great shopping and restaurants. The staff, especially Murriel the duty manager, were professional and customer-oriented.

The breakfast menu could be improved. The delivery system to the room did not work well, as the reception staff were overwhelmed with other tasks and couldn't handle everything at once.

Check-in was efficient and staff were helpful with questions. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Concierge easily arranged taxis. Michelin-star chef created impressive menu.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The exquisite and luxurious amenities provided made my stay unforgettable. From the impeccable room service, to the divine and sophisticated restaurant, everything was amazing. The private facilities added to the exclusivity and made me truly feel like royalty. Also, the exceptional location gave me access to everything the city has to offer.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the bar/lounge area service. Although the atmosphere was elegant and charming, the service was slow and not up to the same exceptional standard as the rest of the hotel.

My stay at the Mgallery in Brussels was a delightful experience. The staff, including the reception and concierge, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room size was perfect, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job in keeping it clean. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, although I stayed for only one night, so I can't say if it becomes repetitive after a few days. The sound isolation was impressive as I didn't hear any noise during the night. The location of the hotel was convenient as well.
