I recently stayed at a hotel in Charleroi and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the Charleroi Sud station, making it incredibly convenient for travel. The room itself was comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay.

Although the hotel description on some websites mentioned an airport shuttle, this turned out to be misleading. However, the staff did provide helpful information about alternative transportation options from the airport.

On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located close to a big shopping mall, making it easy for guests to indulge in some retail therapy after a long day. it is just a short train ride away from Charleroi airport, which is perfect for business travelers looking for a convenient commute.

The hotel lacked public areas due to the closure of its bar/restaurant, leaving guests without much space to relax.

Conveniently located near the train station and shopping center, making for a great day out. the room was bigger than expected and came with unexpected freebies like a kettle and a small fridge. the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even better.

The room was a bit dated and the windows didn't open fully, which made it very stuffy and hot inside. the pigeons outside were quite noisy and woke us up early.
