Central location, very friendly staff eager to help. The hotel was situated in a key location, making it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy everything it had to offer. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

The air conditioning in the hotel seemed to struggle with the high temperatures during our stay, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. the hotel's restaurant area could do with some investment as it appeared outdated, with stains on the furniture and tablecloths.

I had a pleasant stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I especially loved the large room and the plasma TV. The breakfast was delicious with excellent choices, although the scrambled eggs and bacon were a bit lukewarm. The reception staff were lovely and the gentleman at checkout was particularly helpful.
