I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised to find tea and coffee in my room. The room size was very decent and the bathroom was modern with a good shower. The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was close to the airport and within walking distance to NATO HQ. The hotel also provided a shuttle bus to the airport, which was convenient. The WiFi was good and the room was spacious with functioning air conditioning.

They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable environment for my stay.

There were a couple of areas that could be improved. the lighting in the room was a bit dim, making it difficult to work or read in the evenings.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for the rooms. Additionally, the location is convenient as it is situated in an area where there aren't many alternatives, except for a small shop near the reception at rather expensive prices.

I had a great stay at this hotel near Brussels Airport. The location was perfect, with easy access to bus stops and the city centre. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with toiletries provided and a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

Had a great time for my Christmas holiday. the rooms were modern and cozy, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants.

The hotel staff at Mercure were exceptional, even preparing a pizza for me at midnight. the facilities were better than other hotels I've stayed at for a similar price. the room size was decent and the modern bathroom had a good shower. the view from our eighth-floor room was rather nice. Breakfast was enjoyable and they allowed us to finish later than the announced time.
