I recently stayed at Hotel Metropole for a few nights and I had a fantastic experience. The room and bathroom were spacious and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The location is perfect, right next to the metro stop and close to many stores and restaurants. The concierge and valet service were reliable and the mini bar with six free beverages was a great perk. The hotel oozes history and charm, making it a truly unique place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Metropole! The old atmosphere and architecture gave the hotel a unique charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us. The common areas were beautifully decorated, and our spacious room was newly upgraded and had a wonderful view. Additionally, the breakfast in the charming breakfast room was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated the convenient location, with a metro station just outside and the city center within a short walk. This was definitely one of our best hotel experiences in Brussels.

They were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The bottle of wine and complimentary drinks in our room were a lovely touch and made us feel truly valued as guests. We were also thrilled with the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated in the heart of the city and within easy reach of all the attractions. The large terrace in our room provided a wonderful space to relax, although it could have been cleaner. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience was delightful. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.

The charm of the hotel took me back in time, with its beautiful lobby and high ceilings. The location was excellent, within close proximity to everything I wanted to visit. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay.

The lack of attention to repairs was evident. Furthermore, the breakfast café closed quite early in the morning, despite my expectation of a later opening time.

Had a fantastic xmas stay! Loved the luxurious suite, it was huge and gave us plenty of space to relax. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes made fresh in front of us. The hotel's historic charm added to the experience, with beautiful ornate details throughout.

The standard room we saw was a bit dark and could use some updating. The gym was a bit cramped and disorganized.

Excellent hotel location and proximity to Christmas markets, shopping area, and historic sites. Older hotel with character, well-kept, and super clean. Spacious and lovely rooms at the beginning and end of holiday trip. Convenient access to metro station and airport train station.
