Great location, walking distance from the city center and most attractions. Rooms have a good size. the bathroom was clean and also large. We could also use the air conditioning which was great for the warm summer day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with everything we needed just a short walk away. We were impressed by the high level of service provided here - the staff were friendly and professional and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed, with plenty of amenities to make our stay more comfortable. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities in our room.

Had a Christmas stay at a hotel in the city center and received complimentary mulled wine and gingerbread cookies upon arrival which was a nice touch. the hotel was situated close to a well-known Christmas market which was convenient. the breakfast spread was good with a nice selection of pastries and fresh fruit.

The room was small with limited space for luggage and the heating wasn't working well. the bathroom design was impractical with the toilet in a separate, cramped room.
