The service and amenities are great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities in the room. I also appreciated the 24-hour room service and in-room safe. The staff were polite and very helpful during check-out.

We had a great experience at NH Brussels Louise. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with trams and a subway station just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and competent, and the lobby had a nice selection of beverages and snacks. The majority of our stay was excellent, with good food and cleanliness throughout.

In terms of drawbacks, we did encounter a minor issue with the receipt, having to go back to the front desk to obtain the receipt for our room. Additionally, the room provided coffee and tea, but the creamer was old and solid, so we didn't use it.

It's commendable that the hotel offers free breakfast and Wi-Fi, which is a nice touch. the location is excellent, near the shopping district and within walking distance to the main attractions. the bed was comfortable which was a plus.
