The location of the hotel was excellent, conveniently situated in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping and historical sites. the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that fell short of expectations. the hot water in the shower was either scorching hot or freezing cold, making it difficult to find a comfortable temperature.

park inn made our stay in antwerp even better! their staff was super helpful and quickly solved any issues we had. the upgrade to the junior suite was AMAZING with a private terrace and stunning view of the centraal station. their breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the freshly squeezed carrot juice.

Shower temperature was unpredictable.

Despite multiple complaints, it was only resolved with the help of a trainee receptionist who brought a mobile air conditioner. While the staff was polite, the breakfast service lacked presence and replenishment. However, the standard twin room for my 4-night stay was comfortable, with good WiFi and shower. The location was excellent, close to Antwerp Central Train Station and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Nothing not to love!

This hotel is in a great location, right in front of the train station. The rooms on level 3 at the rear have a good view of the main-station. The basic amenities in the room are very good, with nice smiles from the staff. The breakfast included is very good, with a nice selection of vegetarian options.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

We stayed at Park Inn and loved it. The room and toilet were clean, and the beds were super comfy. The location couldn't be better - just a short walk from the hotel and you're in the Meir shopping area, right in the heart of the city. The Antwerp Zoo and Central Train Station are also just a few steps away. it's a great place to stay for a short visit to this vibrant city.
