The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to a central tram stop and only a 20-minute walk from the city centre. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the popular attractions. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and good heating. The bathroom was also clean and had plenty of hot water. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about getting around the city.

The hotel lacked some essential facilities, such as a kettle or the option to have tea or coffee in the room. This was a bit disappointing, especially for guests staying longer than a day or two who might want to have these amenities available.

Well-situated, close to old town, shops, and restaurants. Reception easy to find. Paid parking available or use public car parks. Pleasant room on garden level with mosquito windows. Good WiFi. Included breakfast in nice dining room.

Spent Xmas in this lovely hotel and definitely enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and cozy, and the bathroom was impressive with all newly renovated amenities. The location was also convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the city centre and public transportation. Plus, the staff were very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay.

The only disappointment was that the parking was quite far from the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient during check-in and check-out. the surrounding area was not very pleasant and made us feel a bit uneasy when walking after sunset.
